Originally from Philadelphia, Dr. Belancio received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Temple University and he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He graduated from his residency at Inspira Health Network in Vineland, NJ where he was the Chief Resident of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Belancio's special clinical interests include complicated forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery, wound care, pediatrics, castings, trauma and general podiatric practice management.

He has extensive training in procedures such as ankle arthroscopy, external and internal fixation, tendon and ligament repairs, bunion and hammertoe correction. His residency included a vascular surgery rotation at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey. Also, he completed a comprehensive orthopedic rotation at The Rubin Institute of Advanced Orthopedics in Maryland where he had exposure to many lower extremity foot deformities. Dr. Belancio is accepting new patients at South Jersey Foot and Ankle Specialists in Vineland and he is on staff at Inspira Health Network, HealthSouth, Cumberland Manor, SeniorCare Centers of Vineland and Bridgeton and will be seeing patients at Inspira Wound Care Center in Elmer.

Dr. Belancio is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association , the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons . He is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician of the American Board of Wound Management. Dr. Belancio is the first podiatrist in the state of New Jersey to achieve this status and the 26 ^th in the nation.
